Your account

You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and don’t impersonate others. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, ratings, and comments you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content within the service. You represent that your content is yours, that your photos are your own, and that your reviews are honest.

Community standards

Keep it about burgers and keep it fair. Don’t:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing.
• Upload photos that aren’t yours or that misrepresent a place or burger.
• Spam, manipulate hearts or ratings, or create fake or duplicate accounts.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, and warn, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these terms.

The Chaser program

Trust levels and any related privileges are granted at our discretion and may change. Attempting to game hearts or ratings may result in loss of standing.

Disclaimer

Ratings reflect individual opinions of community members, not our endorsement. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Restaurant details are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheeseburger Chasers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
